Q. How do I determine my ring size?

A. Use a piece of dental floss or string and wrap it around the middle section of the toe (or finger) where you would like the ring to rest. Make sure it is not tight and squeezing, but natural and comfortable. Mark at the exact location where the two ends meet with a pen. Line the floss up against a flat ruler that has a millimeter measurement, and jot down that number as #1. Then measure the widest part of the toe pad repeating the process with the floss or string. This measurement will be noted as #2. For best results, round down, not up.

For example, your measurements may look something like this:
Size #1: 44 mm
Size #2: 48 mm

Compare to the sizing chart below and choose the size that is somewhere in between. This will ensure that the ring is not so big that it slips off easily, but not so small that it feels tight.

For example, if your measurements look something like this:
Size #1: 44 mm
Size #2: 48 mm
You may choose a Size 3.5.

Q. What toe should I wear my ring on?

A. You can wear your toe ring comfortably on every toe, however, we suggest that first time toe ring wearers choose the second toe (toe next to the big toe).

Q. How many rings can I stack?

A. Depending on the length of your toe and the width of the rings that you choose, most people are able to stack 2 or 3 comfortably.

Q. How do I get my fitted toe ring on my toe?

A. A fitted toe ring may be difficult to get over the pad of the toe, but when on, should rest comfortably between the first and second knuckle. We recommend using window cleaner and a spot of hand soap to slip your ring on. This will provide some lubrication without leaving your foot oily and allowing the ring to slip off.

Start by sliding the ring over the widest part of the toe in a rocking back and forth motion, pressing the ring from side to side. With a little pressure it should slide on. Usually a toe ring is much easier to pull off than it is to slide on. The ring should not move around too much and should not come off too easily. It should not be too loose or too tight. It should feel comfortable, even in a tightly-laced running shoe. When you have a good fit, you know it.

Q. What if the toe ring doesn’t fit correctly?

A. Try it for a day or two and you will know if the fit is correct. We guarantee your toe ring for fit up to 14 days, so if you need to exchange for a different size, take the steps below.

Q. Can kids wear toe rings?

A. Yes! However, growing kids will need to check their toe rings periodically to ensure that their feet are not outgrowing their jewelry. Give the ring a couple of turns and make sure that it still moves around freely. Tight rings should be removed with window cleaner, hand soap, or oil. We do not recommend fitted toe rings for children under 12 years of age.

Q. do any of the toe rings contain nickel?

A. Yes, the ‘Gold Fill’ rings contain nickel. If you have a sensitivity to nickel, we suggest that you choose a ring that is Sterling Silver, Rose Gold, or 14k Gold.

Q. Will a sterling silver toe ring change color?

A. If you swim in pools with high chlorine levels, you may want to remove your toe ring when you swim. Also, some people with high acidic levels in their body chemistry may experience a color change on the skin under the ring that looks slightly gray.

Q. HOW DO I CLEAN MY TOE RINGS?

A. You may use a silver polishing cloth like this one.
